I have a new favorite neighborhood in Charlotte. It's called Carmel Hollow and sits in the very center of South Charlotte. This adorable townhouse recently sold as the highest comp in the neighborhood, and for good reason. The interior pictures are beautiful, and I'm left dreaming of what I could do to the other un-updated units around it.
