I know it's difficult to find the perfect gray. I looked for a while and found this one that I love! The first floor of my home is Agreeable Gray by Sherwin WIlliams. The first few pictures are those of other homes and the latter are my rooms with the color!
It definitely changes based on the light, but overall it maintains a nuetral gray tone. It's the color that I recommend to all my clients, and the one that I often see in recently flipped homes!
